Kids Fitness & Fun (Ages 4-10):
Kids Fitness & Fun is designed for kids ages 4-10. This class will include basic fitness exercises, climbing, running, and game play.
Teen Athlete Training (Ages 11-17):
Teen Athlete is a strength and conditioning workout designed for teens ages 11-17. Teens will learn proper lifting form and work on agility, speed, and power for their sport.
