Jessie Bandy
Jessie is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, stay-at-home mom, personal trainer and assisting with our middle and high school girls Teen Athlete programs this summer.She holds an Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant and Bachelors Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. She has been a PTA for the past 17 years. She is also FMT Level 1 Rocktape certified.
She is married to Ryan and a mom to Kallum (3) and Blu, her Chihuahua. She doesn't have time to watch shows or movies at this stage in life and she listens to a wide variety of music when she works out. Her favorite healthy meal is grilled chicken, asparagus and a plain sweet potato. Her favorite dessert is frozen yogurt.
