At Ferguson Fitness, our youth programs are designed to help kids and teens build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement—all in a safe, supportive, and FUN environment.

From playful fitness classes for younger kids to structured strength and performance training for teens, our team of experienced coaches meets youth at every stage of development.

Some of our youth workouts are offered at the same time as adult classes—perfect for busy parents who want to get their own workouts in while keeping their kids active.

Kids Fitness & Fun Classes

Perfect for ages 4–10, our Kids Fitness & Fun classes help kids develop:

  • Coordination and balance
  • Body awareness and agility
  • Strength through age-appropriate exercises
  • Confidence and teamwork

We make fitness fun through creative games, obstacle courses, and movement-based play. Led by certified coaches who specialize in youth training, these sessions are high-energy, engaging, and focused on building healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Stronger Together Teens

For ages 11–17, our Stronger Together Teens program introduces strength training in a safe and structured way. Ideal for middle and high school students looking to:

  • Build functional strength and athleticism
  • Prevent injuries through proper movement and mechanics
  • Boost confidence and mental resilience
  • Learn proper form and weightlifting technique
  • Understand how to safely build muscle
  • Track workouts and progress using the Ferguson Fitness app
This program is perfect for both athletes and beginners. All sessions are coached by professionals with backgrounds in exercise science and physical therapy.

StrongHER: Teen Girls Training

Our new StrongHER program is a girls-only strength and empowerment training group for ages 11–17. This program provides a welcoming, judgment-free environment where teen girls can:

  • Learn proper lifting technique
  • Build strength and self-esteem
  • Support one another through fitness
  • Enjoy fun cardio games and conditioning
  • Improve mobility, recovery, and injury prevention
  • Access all training and progress tracking through our Ferguson Fitness app
