Classes

Stronger Together

Stronger Together is a group strength training program led by certified personal trainers. Using barbells, dumbbells, and bands, you’ll build strength with proper form and expert guidance. Sessions are 45-60 minutes and fully trackable in the Ferguson Fitness app.

HYROX

HYROX is a full-body workout combining strength, endurance, and mental grit. With diverse, challenging sessions led by HYROX-certified coaches, you’ll stay motivated, track your progress, and push your limits. Train for fun-or compete and connect with the global HYROX community.

DEKA

DEKA – The Decathlon of Functional Fitness – is a training system that boosts strength, endurance, and confidence. With functional movements and intense circuits, you’ll see real results. All levels welcome! Compete against yourself in a fun, supportive 45-60 min session.

Kids Fitness & Fun

Kids Fitness & Fun is designed for ages 4-10 and combines movement, games, and play-based workouts. Kids will climb, run, jump, and build coordination, strength, and confidence-all while having a blast in a supportive, energetic environment. A great way to keep kids active and engaged!

Stronger Together Teens

For ages 11–17, our Stronger Together Teens program introduces strength training in a safe and structured way. This program is perfect for both athletes and beginners. All sessions are coached by professionals with backgrounds in exercise science and physical therapy.
