Typical Pre-contest Meal Plan:
Cream of Wheat / rice cakes / tuna steaks / big vegetable salad with Newman's own dressing and chicken. Big snack for long run: flour tortilla with butter flavored Pam.
Supplement Plan:
GH Factor / Liver tabs / Muscularity / aminos / L'Carnitine / Glutemine / Lean Out and especially Lipo-6!
Pre-Contest Training: (Monday-Sunday, Cardio, Resistance)
(Monday-Sunday, Cardio, Resistance) two muscle groups per day burning out to failure on each / 1000 abs 3 times per week / Versa Climber 5 days for 45 min / running at night for 5 - 6 miles... weekends are for long distance runs (10 miles) and biking.
Tell Your Story (What Inspired you to compete, obstacles you've overcome, etc.):
Quickly, I was a gymnast who had an injury... went into lifting for too many hours a day... met a woman who got me on the right track in VA Bch, found my first of many trainers (George Snyder / Serge Nubret / Samir Bannout / Lynn Conkwright). The rest is history... my most coveted trophy? The World Professional Championships from Vienna, Austria 5th in the pro's invited by Serge Nubret himself (1987)!
