Tell Your Story (What Inspired you to compete, obstacles you've overcome, etc.):
I competed in powerlifting for several years 1995 – 2003. I competed in all three lifts and also did many push pull shows.
I became tired of having to carry 270 lbs of bodyweight so I decided to try bodybuilding.
I have really enjoyed meeting everyone and the competition. Bodybuilding is a great sport.
I think in the end the diet and cardio prep is the most important if you want to be successful.
