Anthony’s Challenge What if ? What if I applied myself even more and worked to improve areas of my life that could really positively impact lives? That was the question I was asking myself after coming off a very exciting month for our family where we saw growth in our business, personal fitness results, and wrapped up with a awesome family vacation. So what could I possibly be asking “What If” about? I was very confused why there was something nagging me deep down telling me I could do more, telling me I could experience so much more for myself, our family and all the clients we help with fitness. So I started to take a look at the areas I wanted to experience growth in and set up goals and action steps to give it my all for the next 90 days. Through the course of this blog series, my goal is to truly enjoy the process of working hard to be the best version of me and experience a sense of accomplishment. Knowledge Gain knowledge that helps me grow in all areas to help my family and others. Listening to audiobooks like The Slight Edge and John Maxwell series. Reading and applying the books How to win friends and Influence people – The Greatest Salesman in the World – Launch – The Compound Effect – Business Growth Help more clients both online and in person with our programs.
